As promised, from the UCLA Radio Sports Team here is the recipe for the Blue Cheese Potato Chips. This recipe was inspired by Cap City Diner in Columbus, OH. Yes, it sounds crazy at first, but it’s a tasty Super Bowl snack.

Medium bag traditional baked Kettle style chips
4 ounces Maytag Blue Cheese
8 ounces Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup chopped scallions

Spread the chips out over a baking sheet or on an oven safe plate. Drizzle alfredo over chips in layers as you stack the chips. Crumble blue cheese over top. Put in over for ~3 minutes. When sauce bubbles or chips start to turn color, remove instantly. Dump scallions on top and eat immediately.

For sauce: Buy a good store-made one you like, or make simply at home combining butter, cream and parmeggiano. Google a simple recipe.
