The News department is responsible for producing intimate, independent journalism and coverage of events on campus and in the broader Los Angeles area. We do this through a variety of media; our projects include the writing and designing of print zines, live news updates, blog explainers, Op-Eds, and our News Hour show. Above all, we encourage members to tell stories that matter to them, from lighthearted articles to weighty issues. Through a mix of traditional and more creative reporting styles, members have the flexibility to tell these stories in various formats, ensuring that our coverage represents and is accessible to our diverse audiences.
