Who we are

As the Editorial Board of UCLA Radio, we are committed to representing and uplifting the voices of UCLA and the Los Angeles community. We are a team of student journalists working to share the perspectives of our diverse campus, creating forums for discussion that empower the students, workers and faculty of UCLA in their day-to-day lives.

Our team is composed of nine students across our News and Digital Press departments, who work tirelessly to come to a collective understanding of our constantly evolving campus. We understand that UCLA’s diversity means that our community’s viewpoints may sometimes come into conflict. When this happens, we aim to highlight perspectives that may be marginalized or overlooked, in order to inform healthy and meaningful conversations that promote positive social change.

Make Your Voice Heard

We understand that a nine-person board cannot fully represent a campus or city as diverse as UCLA and Los Angeles. We will strive to always learn about and listen to our community’s voices, including those of our readers.

We encourage any and all to email us at [email protected] and [email protected] with any insights, questions or responses you have regarding our editorials. If you would like to write a Letter to the Editor to be published on our website, feel free to send it over. We will always read these emails and collectively review submissions. More details on how to write a letter to the editor can be found here.

We look forward to hearing from you!
